Covell attends historic UN meeting

Katherine Covell, the North American representative on the UN’s international non-governmental organization advisory council, helped push for the special representative’s appointment, which is expected to lead to promotion and protection of children’s rights and foster international attention on the need to combat violence against women and girls.
